The preparation of hexafluoropropylene trimer using hexafluoropropylene oligomerization method involves dissolving the catalyst and its additives in a non proton polar solvent, introducing hexafluoropropylene for reaction, and separating, rectifying, and washing after the reaction to obtain high-purity hexafluoropropylene trimer (content ≥ 99%). One step synthesis of AC-OBS from hexafluoropropylene trimer and sodium p-hydroxybenzenesulfonate. The prepared product can be purified and crushed to obtain AC-OBS powder.

Effective content of AC-OBS is 1.03-1.1 times higher than other commercially available OBS powder products.
Does not contain PFOS or PFOA.
Application :
AC-OBS is applicable for fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent, steel plate cleaning, photographic film, printing and oil and gas exploitation.
