Short Description:

AC-WBSHIELD is an oil in water polymer emulsion whose internal phase is polymer and external phase is water. The particle size of emulsion droplets is between 20-500 nm (in the particle size distribution, more than 90% is below 200 nm). Through particle size matching, it can be used to seal the micro fractures of the formation,especially for drilling in shale gas&oil formation with micro fractures.

AC-WBSHIELD wellbore strengthening additive can be uniformly dispersed in water-based drilling fluid, and can maintain nanoparticle size after dilution. It can also be used in oil-based drilling fluids, the oil-based emulsifier can easily emulsify AC-WBSHIELD and disperse it in oil-in-water droplets to give the drilling fluid strong sealing effect.
