After persistent technical research, Sichuan All-Chem Chemical Co.,Ltd R&D team has successfully developed AC-SPA single-phase acid system dedicated to carbonate reservoir acidizing & acid fracturing. The product features superior retardation, low friction loss and outstanding fluid compatibility to realize deep penetration formation stimulation and effectively improve oil & gas well output.

AC-SPA single-phase acid is developed to enhance reservoir stimulation performance. The technology expands wellbore coverage and improves contact area between acid fluid and hydrocarbon formation to boost oil & gas production.
Core development targets:
  • Controlled acid-rock reaction rate for deeper acid etching penetration;
  • Excellent dissolving capacity to minimize damage from reaction residues;
  • Low pumping friction to cut operational risks and construction costs.
Excellent Compatibility: Fully compatible with mainstream acidizing fluids including gelled acid and diverting acid.

Superb Dispersion: Miscible with all common acid additives without sediment formation.

Outstanding Retardation: Reduces carbonate acid-rock reaction rate by over 10 times compared with neat hydrochloric acid.

AC-SPA is designed for well acidizing and acid fracturing operations. It restrains hydrogen ion activity to delay instantaneous reaction between hydrochloric acid and carbonate formations, extending effective acid penetration distance for deep formation stimulation. Suitable for high-concentration HCl acidizing and acid fracturing, with outstanding compatibility against various acid additives.
Recommended dosage: 1.0 wt% ~ 3.0 wt% of total acid fluid weight, adjustable based on field formation conditions.

Easy on-site operation: add the product proportionally into formulated acid fluid and stir thoroughly before pumping downhole.

Safety Precautions

AC-SPA is an Non-toxic product; follow standard general chemical protection protocols during handling. In case of spillage, contain with fire sand for collection or flush residual with clean water.
